Sue Surdi Designs is not your typical accessory line. We are meticulous craftsmen who love to blend luxurious materials with unexpected textures and hardware: sterling silver, gold and rose gold’s, bison leather, pearls, rough cut precious stones and metals, vintage heirlooms, exotic beads and icons, rivets, hammered monograms, and unusual finishes such as rubbed metallic leather and diamond glazes- to name a few. One cannot find what we do at market. Our work has been referred to as "old school hand made bench work, as treasured pieces that will be left to my grandchildren and as the kind of detailed work in custom jewelry not seen anymore." We create to feel and look amazing, but no matter how precious or delicate, our pieces are built to last, and are finished with exquisite attention to detail, appearance and comfort.
Easy to wear every day, yet suitable for special occasions, our collections work well with contemporary androgynous wardrobes that reflect confidence, authenticity and positive energy. We are inspired by nature, personality, moments. Our tag line is “rugged beauty” and it is surprising how that fits into so many different lifestyles. Through word of mouth, we have been graced with many devoted clients, including established department stores, high profile celebrities and their stylists, and low profile awesome boutiques and individuals. It has been a joy to see our pieces out and about—on moms & dads, thinkers and doers, at the White House, on hit television shows, and the red carpet. Sometimes our pieces add attitude (to a quiet doctor.) Sometimes they are merely gilding the lily (like Florida Georgia Line or Jason Aldean). Honing our skills and fine-tuning our style has taken years. SSD is so excited for this next step in joining the family that makes up the team at Corazón Creative Agency.
